Take On Mars will get you lost in space

If you ever wondered what it would be like to float around in space (a la Sandra Bullock or George Clooney in the Academy Award-winning film 'Gravity'), you're in for a treat with the upcoming Zero G feature in Bohemia Interactive's Early Access space sim game, Take On Mars.

Demonstrated in the developer's latest Take On Mars Sneak Peek video, the newly implemented movement in zero/micro gravity means that moving around on objects pushes them about, and when no objects are near, you cannot move around, having to hope and pray that you fly towards your desired destination. Fortunately, players will have the option to equip a jetpack (a Manned Maneuvering Unit) which can be used to fly around while in zero gravity.

Additionally, the studio released a Sneak Peek video which takes a closer look at the process of producing methane on the Red Planet, and driving your Scout Buggy vehicle around during Martian night time. It shows the newly implemented Topsoil Extractor (which sucks up soil), the Resource Tank (holds 9500L), chemistry in action using the Materials refinery (to make methane), and using fuel plus oxygen to give the Take On Mars Scout Buggy 'juice'.
